Between 2011 and 2021 I took a series of trips along the road network of Catalonia, the place where I’ve lived all my life. Inspired by a long time tradition of roadside photography that spans from Walker Evans to Guido Guidi, as well as by Josep Pla’s Viaje en autobús (‘Bus trip’) and Toni Sala’s Autoestop (‘Hitchhiking’), I began to build my own imagery on this kind of places.
